THERMACLEAN® EXTRAFLUSH

is an “extra strength” nonhazardous solvent-based cleaner for cleaning resins and various coatings. EXTRAFLUSH can be for general tool and equipment cleaning, flushing of mix tanks, lines, and pumps, and soak tank applications. EXTRAFLUSH is also an excellent coatings stripper for paints (graffiti), adhesives, inks, grease and oil. EXTRAFLUSH contains the strongest “replacement cleaner” chemistry available. It is an effective replacement for acetone, methylene chloride, and other hazardous solvents. For dip tank cleaning of tools (brushes, rollers, etc.): 1. Use “as is”. 2. Scrub clean. For stripping applications: 1. Apply EXTRAFLUSH to the area to be cleaned and allow contact until coating loosens. 2. Scrape or scrub coating until removed. 3. Rinse with water. 4. Allow to dry.

is a universal nonhazardous, solvent-based cleaner that is an efficient and cost-effective replacement for highly flammable and/or hazardous solvents. It can be used for cleaning tools, spray equipment, mixing equipment, and other process equipment, including marble matrix continuous mix machines, and filament winding equipment. UNISOLVE™ EX is formulated with a unique anti-gelling chemistry for higher resin loading capacity, extending the useful life of the product in batch cleaning operations (dip tank cleaning of tools and equipment). Use “as is” at room temperature or heated in a dip tank. If heated, may dilute 1 part THERMALCLEAN® EP with up to 5 parts water. Recommended temperature between 120-140°F. Maximum temperature 180°F. 2. Brush or scrape clean and rinse in clean water. If contaminant is solid, then soak first. 3. Air or wipe dry. For process equipment (spray, mixing, etc.): 1. Use “as is” at room temperature or heated. If heated, may dilute 1 part THERMALCLEAN® EP with up to 5 parts water. Recommended temperature between 120-140°F. Maximum temperature 180°F. 2. Flush through equipment until clean. 3. Air purge to dry. For totes, tank wagons, kettles, etc.: 1. Use “as is” at room temperature or heated in a closed system - no operator contact. For heated use it may be diluted up to 1 part THERMALCLEAN® EP with 5 parts water. Heat up to 180°F. 2. Can use high pressure spray (up to 300 psi) 3. Rinse with water. 4. Air or wipe dry.

is a solvent-based cleaner specially designed for flushing urethane foam dispensing equipment. Non-Gelling GUN FLUSH replaces acetone and other hazardous and/or highly flammable solvents in equipment flushing applications. Flush through urethane dispensing equipment maximizing both line pressure and dispensing head rotation. Increase the air purge after flushing to thoroughly dry the dispensing head. May be reused by simply filtering between uses. The number of times it can be reused depends on the waste solids level in the used material. It will remain liquid with waste solid levels up to 35-40%. Non-Gelling GUN FLUSH is safe for use on most elastomeric gaskets and seals. It should not be used with Viton® and polyurethane seals.
