Polyprocess is a leading supplier of specialty gelcoats, color pastes and derivatives for the composites industry, with a long-standing history of excellence among customers and an outstanding quality record recognized in the composites world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">The parties have agreed to customary exclusivity undertakings, while the parties finalize their discussions and Polyprocess consults with their employee representatives on the proposed transaction. The contemplated transaction is expected to sign and complete by the end of April 2024 and envisages also the transfer to the Polynt Group of Polyprocess\u2019s production plant located in Saint-Jean-d\u2019Illac, France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Rosario Valido, Chief Executive Officer of the Polynt Group stated: \u201c<\/span><i><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Polyprocess will complement the offering product portfolio of the Polynt Group. \u00a0The synergy of Polyprocess technology and experience combined with the innovation leadership of Polynt Group will contribute to the further growth in our industry, confirming our role of key-players in this industry<\/span><\/i><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-GB\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Matthieu Castet, manager GMV, GMV CEO of Polyprocess, added: \u00a0\u201c<\/span><i><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-GB\">This project will give a new dimension to Polyprocess, particularly worldwide.
