1980’s acquisitions

From the second half of the ‘80s, the Company continues its expansion by acquiring Italian companies, such as Molding Compounds S.p.A (1985), specialised in the production of reinforced composite materials based on unsaturated polyester resins, and Snial U.P Resins (1984).
