In 2003, the Company merges with Lonza Compounds S.p.A. (formerly Molding Compounds S.p.A.) and Lonza Composites S.r.l. (formerly Reglar S.r.l.). At the same time, the existing production units are upgraded and the procurement process for the generation of the electrical energy needed is optimised by the construction of a co-generation and energy recovery plant at the San Giovanni Valdarno site (Arezzo).
