On May 31st 2011, Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. sells its composites and resins for paints businesses to PCCR USA, an indirectly controlled subsidiary of Invest Industrial, with four production sites: Carpentesville (IL), Ennis (TX), Forest Park (GA) and Lynwood (CA), 250 employees and revenue of USD252 million in 2012.
