Alessandro received a commercial diploma in 1986 and has completed a Marketing Specialization at SDA Bocconi in Milan in 1990.

Alessandro’s career began in 1988 as a Purchasing and Logistic Assistant at Alusuisse. He advanced to International Sales Manager roles and over the years, he held various directorial positions within the chemical industry. He served as commercial director of Chemial and, following the acquisition of Chemial by Polynt, he served as General Manager of Polynt UK.

He moved to the USA in 2011 covering various positions in the business management. From 2018 to 2024 he held the position of Supply Chain Manager Americas.

In May 2025 Alessandro was appointed EVP Americas.
