Simona Grilli received a technical diploma in Tourism and Foreign Languages in Milan in 1988 and immediately after she began her professional career joining Alusuisse in the commercial area and in customer service, logistics and then as Assistant of the Commercial Direction of the Company.
She is the PA to the President and CEO and the Assistant of the Managing Board since 2000.
Group Communication Manager since 2007, she also manage the HQ General Services.
